Panel Requests 2017
Jun. 8th, 2017 04:46 pmPanel requests for 2017 are now open! Click here!
We're accepting submissions up through 11:59pm CST on September 9, 2017.
Never run a panel before? No problem! The stakes are low and the Podfication crowd is super chill. If you've got a topic you want to talk about with people for an hour, you can run a panel! Interested in running a demo, game, or event instead? No problem! Submit your idea through the same form and tell us all about it.

Any questions, just let us know!

Never run a panel before? No problem! The stakes are low and the Podfication crowd is super chill. If you've got a topic you want to talk about with people for an hour, you can run a panel! Interested in running a demo, game, or event instead? No problem! Submit your idea through the same form and tell us all about it.
A few things to be aware of:
- You can submit more than one idea!
- If we run out of space and you've submitted more than one idea, we may have to choose between them. So if there's one topic you favor over others let us know!
- Have an idea but don't want to run it alone? Drop a comment on this thread asking for co-panelists!
- Would you like to help run a panel but don't have a good topic of your own? Check the comments!
Some more relevant info:
- We'll have a screen, projector, and speakers for the panel room, but you'll have to provide your own laptop or other device to connect up to it. The projector has a VGA input. If your device exports through HDMI, we've got an adapter for that you can borrow. If all you need is audio, as long as your device has a standard audio jack you're good.
Any questions, just let us know!

Date: 2017-07-23 07:10 pm (UTC)But if I had to choose, I'd say the improv/ad lib one would be up there (if there are people who've done it there to teach us their ways), with the love fest and the twister, that are just awesome ideas (though I'm not really sure what you mean by podfic twister...?), and then the podfic slumps and exchanges.
I don't know if a podfic history pannel would be that interesting, in the sense that it's already been discussed so many times? It would need to be more than just rehashing the same informations.
But of course, I can't speak for anyone other than myself.
I'm sorry, the only topic there I know enough about to feel qualified comodding is the podfic slumps one, but I'd just end up sounding like a self-help book, and anyway it's apparently already taken care of.
Except if by comod, you mean writing on the board, then count me in!
