We'll actually be providing a space and a microphone for recording at the venue, so you don't have to worry about equipment!
But one of the main purposes of conventions like this is, specifically, the in-person factor—getting to meet and talk with all these people, who you've mostly known as voices thus far, in meatspace.
Between that, and the serious capital investment that providing a livestream/video chat option would require, we do not have plans for any sort of virtual attendance option at this time.
If you're still interested in attending, we hope you're able to make it—maybe if not this year, in a future year! And even if you can't, you'll still be able to enjoy the podfic that gets recorded at Podfication when it is posted online :)
