A question: Can I submit a clip with music/effects behind the audio? I know not everyone can process the two different audio streams and parse the words from the effects, but I've been doing a lot of podfic that way and am proud of it, so I'd like to submit, but I'd also like to be respectful of those who might not be able to listen that way.
